(July 30, 2020) The Atlanta BeltLine, Inc., Atlanta BeltLine Partnership, and Juvo 360 are joining together to provide Atlanta residents access to higher-paying, family-supporting jobs from employers along the Beltline. With over 2.5 million people living on or visiting the trail each year, there are more than 5,000 businesses in the area that may be able to provide meaningful work.
Research has shown that proximity to work affects the odds of coming out of poverty. Longer than average commutes may worsen lower-income families’ chances of moving up the economic ladder.
