Getting Started as an Employer
To obtain your Juvo 'pin' and place your jobs on the Juvo Jobs app, please contact admin@juvo360.com to get in touch with a member of the Juvo team.
Our team is diligently working to encourage employers to 'Claim Their Location' if their jobs are already on the Juvo Jobs app. In an effort to match the employer to their location, our team will send them an access code via email to login to their existing Juvo account. Having an access code simply means you have access to see job seeker activity on your current account.
If you are an employer who believes you have been sent an access code, please check your email, including your promotions or spam folders. If you still cannot find it, please reach out to a member of the Juvo Jobs team at admin@juvo360.com.
If you enter in your provided employer access code and the business location that appears is not the business location you manage, do not continue to set up your employer profile and please contact the Juvo Jobs team at admin@juvo360.com.
If you are getting an error message when typing in your access code, double check the email your access code was in and try again. If the problem still persists, please reach out to admin@juvo360.com to be issued a new access code.
For employers who did not receive an access code, you will be able to submit your logo to the Juvo Jobs team during the onboarding process. For employers who did receive an access code, your logo will already be uploaded onto the Juvo Jobs Network. In some cases, your profile picture may appear 'blank' on your end but, rest assured, your logo will still be visible to job seekers. Changing your profile picture in the app by navigating to the 'My Profile' section will have no affect on the job seeker view. If you wish to change or update your logo, please reach out to a member of the Juvo Jobs team at admin@juvo360.com.
Get job seekers excited about working for your company by creating an intro video. In just three easy steps, job seekers will get to meet you and learn about your business! 1) Tap the 3 lines at the top left corner of the app and select "My Profile." 2) Tap "Add Video." 3) Smile and record a 30 second video about how great it will be to work at your company. You also have the option to upload a video from your library on your phone. For inspirational tips on what to say, watch this video:
Your employer profile includes your company name, company logo or photo, and a video intro.
In-App Experience
When you log into the Juvo Jobs app, you will see your most recent job seekers. Tap a seeker, review their profile, and if interested, tap "Connect." If you're not interested, tap "Decline." Once connected, chat with the job seeker to ask questions and schedule an interview.
If you press 'Connect' with a job seeker and have not set up your subscription plan yet, follow the prompts on screen to choose which plan best fits your needs. Once you have chosen the plan that's right for you, you'll be asked to enter in your credit card information and confirm payment. Once submitted, you'll be able to connect with job seekers on your account.
Navigate to the top three lines in the left hand corner of your employer screen. Tap 'My Profile.' Then, tap 'Payments.' Here, you can see a list of your current subscription and by tapping on it, you can view more details.
Under the ‘Connections’ tab, tap the ‘Search’ button on the top right corner. Under ‘Connection Status,’ tap ‘Declined’ to see seekers you have declined.
After filtering by ‘Declined’ seekers using the ‘Search’ function, tap on a seeker that you wish to connect with. In their ‘Seeker Details’ page, you will see the ability to ‘Connect’ with them at the bottom of the screen. Tap ‘Connect.’
When you have more than 5 ‘New’ job seekers, you may view a job seeker’s profile, navigate back to the ‘All’ screen, and find that the job seeker disappears from the list. Don’t worry! You can view them again by scrolling down in the ‘All’ list. The ‘All’ list is sorted in priority order of ‘New,’ ‘Favorites,’ and ‘Viewed.’ You can also more easily find them under the ‘Viewed’ button at the top of the screen or by searching for their name under the ‘Search’ button.
When you download the Juvo Jobs app, allow notifications. When a job seeker shows interest in one of your jobs, you will receive a notification so you can check back in the app to review their profile, connect with them, and chat.
The average Juvo job seeker applies to 5 jobs in their community. The quicker you connect, the more likely that the job seeker will respond. If you wait several days, it is highly likely that they have connected with another employer.

Your jobs are viewable to all of our Juvo Jobs seekers that are looking for work in your area. If you are interested in how your job looks on the app for the job seekers, log out of your employer account. Once you are logged out, you will see the job map by tapping 'Browse Jobs' with your location right where you are. Tap on the map pin and you will see your job description and all of the details. Don't forget to log back into your account so you don't miss out on the job seekers that are interested in you!

Juvo can direct interested seekers to your career website. We encourage all employers to connect and chat with seekers in the Juvo Jobs app prior to directing them to any website to fill out an application.
Juvo doesn't want to waste anyone's time. We believe in transparency and allow you include a pay range to accommodate all skill levels.

Hiring Advice
Are you struggling to attract job seekers? Here are a few tips! 1) Video, video, video! Have you created and loaded one yet? Employers with videos receive 3x more applicants. 2) Check out your competition. Take a look at the other local businesses in your area that have their jobs on the Juvo Jobs app. How do your pay rates compare to other similar businesses in the area? 3) Reach out to the Juvo Jobs team for tips at admin@juvo360.com.
Connect and engage with Juvo job seekers quickly that show interest. Chat, ask questions and invite them for an interview before you ask them to complete a bunch of paperwork or assessments.
Yes, we realize that turnover is high. It is always a great idea to have a pipeline of candidates so you are not left in a bind. You can always connect with the seeker and let them know you would like to consider them for a future hire.
Reach out to a member of the Juvo Jobs team to get your job featured on the app and a special notification sent to job seekers in your area.
People often times skim job descriptions, only looking at them for a few seconds. Keep job descriptions brief including only crucial information. Start with a hook, like signing bonuses, flexible schedules, included perks, etc.
