ATLANTA, GA (December 3, 2025)— Juvo Jobs is expanding its footprint in the Southeast college market, adding partnerships with several institutions as part of a strategy to become the go-to platform for students seeking hourly employment.
Today’s college students are leaning on their schools now, more than ever, for help with living costs, tuition fees, and daily expenses, yet, few programs have tools designed to help students find work during the school year. Most of these offices focus on post-graduation placement or summer internships, leaving a critical gap for students who need employment now.
Juvo Jobs is addressing this void by partnering with colleges, allowing students to find local, hourly jobs throughout the year. At no cost to anyone involved, Juvo sends marketing materials, tracking links, social posts, and more to share with students who can then browse local job openings based on their location.
"A student can scan a QR code anywhere on campus and instantly see local jobs that fit their schedule and location," says Debbie Emery, Co-Founder of Juvo Jobs. "That immediate visibility is exactly why we’re partnering with colleges because students need work now, not months from now.”
Building Momentum on Campus
Juvo has already established strong partnerships with schools in the Technical College System of Georgia, including Gwinnett Technical College who has emerged as the platform's most active campus partner to date. Beyond providing marketing materials, Juvo regularly attends on-campus career events, where face-to-face interaction has proven most effective.
Recently, the team connected with hundreds of students at a Gwinnett Tech job fair, one of whom was Nikayla, a student who’d originally learned about Juvo through campus resources. After seeing the app in action, she told the team she was impressed and wanted to know how she could become a Juvo ambassador at her school.
Nashville State Community College has also hosted Juvo representatives at two career fairs this year, where students showed particular interest in the app's location-based technology as well.
Beyond career fairs, Juvo is committed to maintaining ongoing relationships with partner campuses through workshops, speaking engagements, and virtual events focused on job search strategies for the hourly workforce.
Expansion Plans: Juvo Jobs College Network
Following its initial success in Georgia and Tennessee, Juvo is targeting expansion into additional markets, including Texas. The company has set a goal of reaching 200,000 college students through campus partnerships by the end of 2026.
The platform is also developing additional resources designed to integrate with existing career services operations without adding administrative burden to college staff.
"No other platform is partnering with schools quite like Juvo to help students find work while they're actually in school," Emery explains. "When colleges champion Juvo, they're directly supporting retention by helping students earn the income they need to stay enrolled and finish their degrees. We're meeting students where they are, both literally and in terms of what they need right now."
