ATLANTA, GA (November 1, 2025)— Juvo Jobs, the people-first hiring platform connecting local employers and hourly workers, today announced the appointment of two distinguished industry leaders to its Board of Directors: Terry Terhark, CEO of NXTThing RPO, and Steve Zirkel, Senior Vice President of Global CRM at ServiceNow.
The new appointments come at a pivotal moment for Juvo as the company accelerates its national rollout and prepares for its next phase of growth.
“Adding Terry and Steve to our Board is an exciting milestone for Juvo,” said Mark Emery, Co-Founder and CEO of Juvo Jobs. “Both bring decades of experience building category-defining HR and workforce technology companies. Their insight will be instrumental as we expand our footprint and continue to redefine how local employers and hourly workers connect in communities across the country.”
Terry Terhark, CEO of NXTThing RPO, is widely regarded as one of the pioneers of modern recruitment outsourcing. He founded and led TheRightThing, one of the industry's most successful RPO firms, which was later acquired by ADP, where he went on to serve as President of Talent Acquisition Solutions. Terhark’s deep understanding of recruitment strategy, technology adoption, and workforce dynamics—combined with his recognition as Ernst & Young’s ‘Entrepreneur of the Year’—positions him to help Juvo scale its innovative hiring ecosystem.
Steve Zirkel, Senior Vice President of CRM at ServiceNow, oversees global strategy and operations across one of the world’s leading enterprise software portfolios. He previously led Service Cloud strategy at Salesforce and has held senior roles at high-growth SaaS companies acquired by Nuance and Microsoft. Zirkel brings extensive expertise in scaling technology platforms, optimizing customer experience, and executing data-driven growth strategies that align with Juvo’s national expansion.
The company also announced that John Dyer will retire from Juvo’s Board of Directors following years of dedicated service and mentorship. Dyer has been a steadfast supporter of Juvo’s mission since its inception, helping guide the company through several stages of innovation and expansion.
As Juvo continues to scale, the addition of Terhark and Zirkel reinforces the company’s commitment to building a workforce platform that not only connects people to nearby jobs but also strengthens local economies through proximity-based hiring, training, and community support.
