Hi, I'm Mark
Co-Founder, Chief Executive Officer, Board Member
Mark Emery is a visionary entrepreneur and veteran executive with 4 decades of experience in HR technology, workforce transformation, and business operations. Having successfully exited multiple companies, he has built a career developing innovative platforms that address the needs of hourly job seekers and the businesses that employ them. As Co-Founder and CEO of the Company, Mark leads the company’s strategic direction, technological vision, and national business development efforts.
Mark co-founded Juvo to solve a challenge he’d witnessed firsthand: making it easier for hourly workers to find nearby, reliable employment while helping local employers discover and retain talent in their own communities. Through its flagship platform, Juvo Jobs, Mark has helped transform the traditional job search experience with GPS-enabled technology and community-focused partnerships. Today, Juvo is a nationally recognized platform with over 1.2 million job seeker connections and partnerships.
Before Juvo, Mark was the Founder and CEO of Information Access Management, a pioneering HR technology company that developed one of the earliest SaaS-based applicant tracking systems. The company later evolved into GoHire, a modern recruitment solution that was acquired by Red Book Connect in 2012. Post-acquisition, Mark served as SVP of Product & Strategy, where he led business-wide operations and oversaw product integration.
With Juvo, Mark remains deeply committed to building scalable solutions that lift the hourly workforce, foster economic inclusion, and connect people with meaningful opportunities right in their own neighborhoods.
