She began her career working with startup ventures including Information Access Management and GoHire, where she helped develop innovative applicant tracking and workforce management solutions that modernized how companies hired and supported their employees.

As Co-Founder of Juvo, Debbie brings that same forward-thinking approach to helping people and businesses connect quickly, easily, and locally. Her inspiration for Juvo came from watching her own children navigate the challenges of entering the workforce. That experience fueled her commitment to improving the job search experience for the largest sector of the job market—people who work by the hour.

As Chief Support Officer, Debbie leads initiatives that connect Juvo with technical schools, workforce development agencies, and multi-family housing communities. Her work helps ensure that the Juvo platform reaches everyday job seekers and employers in their neighborhoods, creating pathways to stability and growth.
