Basic Responsibilities:
 
  • Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with internal and external parties.
  • Ability to manage and maintain several projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work well in team environment.
  • Answers incoming customer calls/emails regarding logistics issues, product problems, service questions and general client concerns.
  • Update customer information in the customer service database to produce orders and labels for shipping.
  • Communicating issues accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Providing proofs of delivery and/or other transportation documentation
  • Ensuring logistics information flow through facility.
  • High focus on customer relationships and managing through customer challenges.
  • Communicate with sales team to fix customer issues.
  • Handling customer orders efficiently and accurately with extreme attention to detail; seeing through to delivery.
 
Daily assignments to include:
 
  • Understand the scope of work required to deliver jobs – work with Sales/Customer to get accurate information.
  • Provide warehouse with scope of work and any revisions – enter notes into Pace that reflect exactly what need to happen to material produced on a job to ensure proper delivery.
  • Create advance notification for Warehouse- this involves creating a document that has all the pertinent information to accurately identify and receive product into the inventory management system.
  • Format shipping list/documents – taking client spreadsheet and formatting to enter into our system.
  • Working knowledge of ordering/inventory system
  • Create and receive label approval
  • Ensure that all orders/labels are sorted – the Warehouse request that orders are given to them by date point and kit configuration. This may require 2-30 setups.
  • Enter/update courier tickets
  • Provide tracking and other reports
  • Tax Breakdowns for Accounting
  • Request audits/counts from warehouse
  • Daily Orders – entering orders received via email and phone.
  • Daily Orders Monthly Billing
  • Post Kit Request – research / track shipments –final disposition of printed material (inv., recycle)
  • Provide requested information to Sales Assistants, Sales, and Customers 

Job Requirements:

Willingness to train on internal database platform such as Printstream or Access
Experience in Fulfillment or Logistics
Strong documented Microsoft Office Experience required
Experience in Print (preferred but not required)
